Draft – for Discussion The Wimbledon Rule Version 2
Purpose: to eliminate the advantage of shooting last in the 5th round of the final game of a match. The idea is that a player would have to win by 2 wins or by a tie and a win. So 8-4, 7- 5, 9-7, 10-6 etc. are winning scores. At 6-4, 8-6, 10-8 etc. play goes on. I prefer just playing to 100 than the tournament style. It's a better game, and could be used for the final instead of 2 points for a round win.

After a very tough year which saw the loss of both the Kawartha Crokinole Club and the Kawartha Bowl Tournament, crokinole in Peterborough is giving it one more shot with a slight twist on the club concept.
