Eric's New Board

Eric Miltenburg made a new board. I played on it last night. It was fun. There was one small problem that will be hard to fix, it is easier to get twentys.

Hi Coe.

I'm not sure about tavistock. People from here i have heard them say its a nice regional tournament for those that live between Toronto and Southwestern Ontario up to Sarnia. But from what I've seen online and others word of mouth the level of competition is quite high perhaps even better than I'm used to in the games I play in The Ottawa Valley. Its a long drive for me, hotels and food, to find out and lose to Brian Cook, someone from your family or Slater for the chance to only win $1000. I might as well stay here and play 4 times one week instead of one or 2 because theirs enough games to do that. I have cousins in British Columbia that say they have the best players out there. We thnk we have the best players in where i live, . I guess people wherver they live feel their the best. If Wcc is to be taken seriously or more serious they should up the prize for 1st place. Long way too go for not really that much. Like how much you win for taking the juniors?

Thank you,

Bought the Wagler board and gave to my Dad - great board. In March I took 5 of Willards boards to some American friends in Ohio - they are amazing!

Need to get a few for the summer camp I work at so that we can teach kids - a week of crokinole for kids would be amazing...

Thanks Coe. I have seen Elmer's holder. They are all tricked out and look good.

P.S. Our holders do hold 8 discs on each side. One of the holders in the video was a prototype.

No I haven't. I was going to play intermediate a few years ago but I was in Italy and couldn't go. My first time at tavistock was last year, in the adult division.
